It's 7:47 and my NHL Center Ice is not working for some reason. That means I'm stuck watching Toronto-Philly on Sportsnet for now.
1-0 Toronto as Battaglia scores on a brutal goal. Niittymaki has to stop that.. he was down WAY too early. He also let a weak shot through his legs moments earlier but somehow the shot trickled just wide of the post.
I've said it before - Philly has too many holes up front, on defence and in goal to make any kind of run at the playoffs.
Philly is 0-8-1 when they allow the first goal..
