No Contest in Nashville

The Preds are up 6-0 after two - Saborin got the start and gave up 5 goals on 10 shots. The Preds have points from 11 skaters and goals from Radulov, Tootoo, Zidlicky, Weber and Hartnell (2). Kariya has 3 assists while rookie defenceman Patrick Coulombe has been on for three even strength goals in under 7 minutes of ice time for Vancouver.

This game really shows the difference between a deep offensive team like Nashville and a team like the Canucks, who have had a ton of difficulty scoring and don't have much skill up front outside of Naslund and the Sedins.

Nashville has scored over a goal a game more than Vancouver thus far this season:

Predators - 70 goals in 20 2/3 games = 3.4 GPG
Canucks - 53 goals in 22 2/3 games = 2.3 GPG
